e-uMhlathuze is a secure free online service that allows home owners, companies, property managing agents and tenants to register for free. Once registered, you can view, download and make payments for all utilities accounts electronically from the comfort of your home or office. The e-uMhlathuze mobile site offers the added convenience of interacting via your internet enabled phone or tablet device.
Registration is a simple pain free process and once validated provides immediate access to your accounts. Our easy-to-use user rights management allows for multiple users to have access to multiple accounts: for example one user could authorise the account whilst another takes responsibility for payment.
The system electronically controls all referencing ensuring that your payment is correctly allocated. No manual input or human errors in capturing references. This also ensures that you receive proof of payment and continuous statement and payment history. In the unlikely event of a query, our integrated management tools allow for both you and the Municipality to view the same information for speedier resolution. Human error and payment delays are two of the most common reasons for erroneous termination of services. e-uMhlathuze removes these risks.
The system is fully integrated with Standard Bank MyBills. A payment made via MyBills or MyeBills immediately reflects within e-uMhlathuze and provides proof of payment and history update.
Our instructed debit pull gives you full control over the amount and date on which you wish to pay, from any and all bank accounts and includes the aforementioned benefits. Instruct your payment for a future date should you be travelling or away on holiday and we will provide confirmation of payment via sms or email.
This service also provides a full history of accounts and payments made as well as the ability to interact with the Municipality in the form of lodging complaints and queries and compliments electronically.
Your support and use of e-uMhlathuze helps us to reduce the carbon footprint and the costs associated with delivering services.
Welcome to the Future.
